Insurance
We file claims for all dental insurance plans except TennCare, Medicaid and Medicare, and we advocate to help you receive every benefit you’re entitled to. Just bring your insurance card to your appointment and we’ll handle the paperwork.
We’re in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna and Guardian, and we accept veterans with dental coverage — but in-network isn’t your only option. Many of our patients receive excellent out-of-network benefits, sometimes paying just a couple of dollars more. We’re glad to call your insurance company and run a cost analysis on your specific plan so you know exactly where you stand.
How Payment Works
Payment for services is due at the time of treatment. Whenever possible, we provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost beforehand — and if we don’t, please ask. We believe you should always know what to expect.
If you have insurance, we estimate your portion and ask that you pay only that amount at your visit. Benefits are sent directly to our office and applied to your account. Because insurance estimates aren’t exact, any remaining balance is billed to you — and any overpayment is refunded by check.
