About Dr. Roth
Dr. Natalie Simpson Roth has been practicing dentistry for more than 12 years since graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
“I grew up around dentistry watching my dad practice. I worked in his office in high school and fell in love with the profession. My favorite part of my job is being able to help people. Whether I’m helping patients love their smiles again or getting them out of pain, dentistry lets me do it all.”
Born and raised in Lenoir City, Dr. Roth is the daughter of Dr. Joe Simpson. She returned home to East Tennessee in July 2026 to join the practice she grew up in — bringing her enthusiasm for helping others and her patient-first approach to care.

Beyond the Practice
Dr. Roth and her husband, Josh, have two children, Joe and Cat. Avid Tennessee fans, they love watching the Vols run through the ‘T’ on fall Saturdays, exploring the Smokies and traveling to new places.
