We ask that our patients pay at the time of service, the estimated patient portion. Our office does accept CareCredit.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file your insurance claims. If you have specific questions about your particular policy, you will want to contact your insurance company or your company’s Human Resources department as each group’s coverage is different. Our office is a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier.
